A funded test address holds tKAS. Calm is a dollar claim on this till. Minting reserves tKAS in that same wallet at 150% of the calm, at the live Kaspa price. The coins stay in the wallet until a redeem sends them, or until a tKAS send. One tKAS stays aside for the miner fee. The miner is paid in tKAS. This lock is the book on this till. The 1984 tab can still spend the same test wallet. This is a classroom on Testnet 10. It is not Kaspa core.
